The enhanced Projects List provides a centralized view for managing and organizing your projects. Use the filter bar to narrow down large sets of projects, group projects into collapsible sections by a shared attribute such as owner or status, and open projects in new ways.
Prerequisites
You must have standard project access permissions (Admin, Owner, Contributor, or Viewer) to view and interact with the Projects List. Refer to Roles and Permissions for Solution Design for role and access level details.
Filtering the Projects List
From the main menu
, navigate to Solution Design.
In the filter bar, choose a filter.
Select your desired criteria from the dropdown menu.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 to combine multiple filters.
NOTE: Active filter chips are highlighted in the primary color to indicate they are currently applied.
The list updates automatically to show the projects matching your selected criteria.
Grouping the Projects List
Grouping organizes the list into collapsible sections based on a shared project attribute, so you can see how projects are spread across owners, contributors, or statuses.
In the Projects List, click Group.
Select the attribute to group by: Owner, Contributors, Status, Created by, or Last edited by.
Repeat step 2 to add a second and third grouping level. You can apply up to three.
Projects appear under collapsible group headers showing the grouping value and the number of projects in each group. Click a header to expand or collapse that group, and sort projects within each group.
NOTE: Projects with no value for the selected attribute appear in a group called No value.
Grouping behaviors:
Grouping applies to your active search, filters, and sorting.
If a project has more than one value for the attribute you group by, it appears in each matching group. Apply filters to narrow the list.
Grouping stays active until you change or clear it, and is remembered for the rest of your session.
If a grouping option becomes unavailable, grouping is cleared automatically.
You can only group by the five attributes above, with a maximum of three levels.
