Project Owners can now add users as Project Contributors, allowing Contributors to add and connect Views to deliverables, set deadlines, and update the project's details. Project Contributors do not have edit access, meaning they cannot add or remove phases and deliverables.
In Projects, click the three dots to share a project.
Choose users from the drop-down list and click Share.
Contributors receive an email with a link to the project when you share the project with them.
On any Architecture view in the project, when the view owner opens the share view dialog, this message appears,
Contributors can add additional users to share the view, but they cannot remove users from the project.
To remove a user’s access to a view, the project owner must remove the user from the project contributors using the Share option.
