Changing ownership transfers the project owner role to another user. You can also transfer the views and diagrams that the current owner owns in the project, so the project and its content share the same owner.
Only an Admin or the current project owner can change ownership. The previous owner automatically becomes a contributor and keeps access to the project. For details on both roles, see Roles and Permissions for Solution Design.
In Solution Design, click the three dots 
next to the project name and select Change owner.
In the Change owner pop-up, select the new owner.
Toggle on Also change the connected views and diagrams to the new owner to transfer ownership of your views and diagrams in the project. Views and diagrams owned by other users will remain with their current owners.
To transfer BPMN diagrams, the new owner needs the Process Modeler or Process Admin role. For more information, see Roles and Permissions for BPMN Diagrams.
NOTE: Some BPMN diagrams can't be transferred; you have to transfer these diagrams separately. For steps, see Transfer Ownership of BPMN Diagram.
Once confirmed, the selected user becomes the project owner and the previous owner becomes a contributor. The change applies immediately across BlueDolphin.
