Access the Views List

Click the Main menufrom the top left corner and select Views.

Access recently opened views

The Recently opened shortcut is a persistent link in the Views List header that updates to show the View you interacted with most recently in your current Business Unit. Use it to resume work without searching the full list.

  1. After navigating between Views, locate the Recently opened shortcut in the top-right header.

  2. Click the View name or the navigation icon. If the name is truncated or similar to other Views, hover over it to see the full title. The View opens in the Legacy Editor.

NOTE: The Recently opened list is saved locally in your browser. It does not carry over to a different device and resets if you clear your browser cache.

Find views in the list

Search for a view

The Search bar filters the list to show the Views whose title contains your search term. For example, searching for "group" also finds a View titled "Archigroup."

  1. Click the Search views bar at the top of the Views list, under Filters.

  2. Type all or part of the View's title.

NOTE: The search results only update once you have entered a minimum of 3 characters. Search terms are not persisted across sessions.

Filter the list

Filters narrow the list to show only the views that match your selected criteria. You can apply multiple filters at once to combine criteria.

NOTE: The Views List replaces the former Shared with me page. To find views that others have shared with you, use the Contributor filter.

  1. Click a filter dropdown from the Filters bar above the Search views bar.

  2. Select one or more values from the following filters:

    • Owner

    • Contributors

    • Favorited

    • Private

    • Project

    • Status

    • Type

    • Created by

    • Created on

    • Last edited by

    • Last edited on

  3. Repeat these steps for any additional filters you wish to apply.

Behaviors

  • AND logic: When you apply multiple filters (e.g., Status is "Draft" AND Owner is a specific user), the list shows views that meet all selected criteria.

  • Persistence: Filters you apply remain active even if you navigate away from the page or log out. They are saved locally in your browser; if you clear your browser cache or use a different device, the filters reset.

Reset search and filters

Resetting returns you to the full list of views by clearing your active search term and filter selections. Sorting preferences and column visibility remain unchanged.

Click Reset next to the filter bar.

Customize the list display

Sort the list

Sorting reorders views in the list without removing any items, based on the selected column and sort direction.

Click the column header or the arrow for the attribute you want to sort by, such as Title or Contributors. To reverse the order, click the header again.

NOTE: By default, the list is sorted by Last edited in descending order (most recent first).

Manage column visibility

You can customize the Views List to show only the columns relevant to your current task.

  1. Click Column in the top right corner, next to Create view

  2. Select or deselect the checkboxes for the fields you want to display.

  3. Click outside the menu to apply the changes.

NOTE: Your column visibility preferences are saved locally in your browser. If you clear your browser cache or use a different device, the columns reset to the default view.
