BlueDolphin offers various ways to transfer your data from your local environment to your BlueDolphin environment and each way uses a specific help program.

We recommend using the Data Collection Frontend and Service for most environments. It contains the functionality to keep the BlueDolphin environment up-to-date automatically.

Microsoft Access Database Engine

To import files like Access databases, Excel files, and CSV files, you may need the Microsoft Access Database Engine installed on your machine.

The Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 version is available for download from BlueDolphin using the following links:

Choose the 32-bit or 64-bit platform version corresponding to your server architecture. Install this on the machine where you plan to install the DataCollector.
