We recommend using the Data Collection Frontend and Service for most environments. It contains the functionality to keep the BlueDolphin environment up-to-date automatically.
Please be advised that to import files like Access databases, Excel files, and CSV files, you'll need to install a version of the Microsoft Access Database Engine.
Refer to this link to download the 2010 version of the engine. Choose the 32-bit or 64-bit platform version corresponding to your server architecture. Install this on the machine where you plan to install the DataCollector.
