Microsoft Access Database Engine
To import files like Access databases, Excel files, and CSV files, you may need the Microsoft Access Database Engine installed on your machine.
The Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 version is available for download from BlueDolphin using the following links:
Choose the 32-bit or 64-bit platform version corresponding to your server architecture. Install this on the machine where you plan to install the DataCollector.
